Terms and Conditions
Goods ordered are subject to availability.
Goods advertised are an invitation to treat, not an offer itself.
Orders are subject to UK contract of sale legislation.
The company shall be known as Snookercues4u.
The company will use its best endeavours to complete delivery as agreed but anytime quoted for delivery shall not be the essence of the contract and no claims for damages or compensation shall be against the company by reason of any late delivery or supply.
No claim shall be entertained for short delivery unless the goods are signed for as short delivered. Damaged goods or short deliveries must be reported to the company within 2 working days of delivery.
No goods to be returned to the company for whatever reason without prior notification and agreement by the company. Carriage will not be refunded on returns unless agreed in writing by the company.
The company reserves the right to amend or alter specifications of its products as and when necessary.
Specifications in price list or catalogue may in some cases vary slightly from published details.
Every effort will be made to carry out the contract but the company reserve the right to cancel such contract in the event of it being prevented from carrying out the contract due to circumstances beyond its control.
Subject to the conditions set out below the company warrants that the goods will be free from defects at the time of despatch. The above warranty is subject to the following conditions
1.The company shall be under no liability for any defect arising from ; mishandling ; wilful damage neglect; alteration or repair; abnormal climatic conditions (wether in transit or at place of delivery); failure to follow the companies instructions (wether oral or in writing); or fair wear and tear.
2.Subject as expressly provided in these terms all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3.Any claim based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods must be notified to the company within two working days from delivery.
4.Where any valid claim in respect of goods is notified in accordance with these terms and conditions the company shall at its sole discretion be entitled to repair or replace the goods or refund the price of the goods ( or a proportionate part there of) but without any further liability on the part of the company.
TRIAL PERIOD
If during the first week after purchase you find that the cue you have chosen does not suit you, it can be exchanged for another cue of the same value. If you exchange the cue for a more expensive cue you will have to pay the difference and if you exchange for a cheaper cue the difference can be had in goods or credit.
Customers who have ordered a cue via mail order are allowed two weeks to return the cue and will be required to pay all extra postal charges.
Any cue returned not in perfect condition may be exchanged but at less than the purchase price at our discretion.
Cues that have been altered in weight, length, ferrule, butt size to the customers specifications can of course be exchanged but the cost of any alterations cannot be taken into account in the exchange.
The trial period only applies to Cuepower Cues and not to second hand cues or cues by other manufacturers that we may sell.
BY PLACING AN ORDER THE CUSTOMER HAS INDICATED ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TRADING TERMS.
